- Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and for all activities that occur under their account.
- Verification: Koné reserves the right to verify the identity of Users and the accuracy of the information provided.
3. Services Offered
- Categories of Services: Sellers can post service offers in various categories, including but not limited to:
- Graphic Design: Logos, illustrations, marketing materials design.
- Web Development and Applications: Website creation, mobile app development, and software.
- Digital Marketing: SEO, social media management, advertising campaigns.
- Writing and Translation: Article writing, document translation, text editing.
- Virtual Assistance: Secretarial services, mail management, administrative support.
- Consulting and Advisory: Business, finance, human resources consulting.
- Multimedia: Audio, video, photography production.
- IT and Programming Services: Technical support, software development, system administration.
- Intermediation: Koné acts as an intermediary, facilitating the connection between Buyers and Sellers in the Dominican Republic.
4. Evaluation and Reviews
- Review System: Sellers are evaluated by Buyers through a review system. These reviews and ratings are visible on the profiles of Sellers.
- Recommendation: Buyers are recommended to hire Sellers with high ratings to ensure service quality. Reviews help maintain transparency and trust on the platform.
5. Payments and Commissions
- Transactions: Payments for services are made through the Koné platform, which ensures the security and confidentiality of transactions.
- Commissions: Koné may charge a commission on transactions made through the platform. The fees for these commissions will be communicated to Users clearly and transparently.
6. User Obligations
- Ethical Use: Users must use the platform legally and ethically, respecting the rights of other Users and the rules established by Koné.
- Service Quality: Sellers must provide quality services and comply with the terms agreed with Buyers.
- Prompt Payments: Buyers must pay promptly for services received, according to the terms agreed with Sellers.
7. Intellectual Property
- Copyright: All content and material on Koné, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Koné or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.
- Limited Use: Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any material found on Koné without explicit permission from the rights owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Service Quality: Koné is not responsible for the quality of services offered by Sellers. The responsibility to meet service expectations lies directly with the Sellers.
- Platform Availability: Koné does not guarantee the continuous availability of the platform and shall not be liable for any service interruptions.
- Use at Own Risk: Users agree that the use of Koné is at their own risk and responsibility.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Direct Resolution: Disputes between Buyers and Sellers should be resolved directly between the parties involved.
- Koné Intervention: Koné may intervene at its discretion to help mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so and does not guarantee their resolution.
10. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
- Right to Modify: Koné reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Notification: Modifications will be effective upon posting on the website. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
- Acceptance of Changes: The continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
